Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Form & Function EDC. We are dedicated to providing purpose-built pocket gear and maker-crafted essentials. To ensure maximum efficiency and access to premium inventory, we utilize an automated multi-supplier fulfillment model. Please review our shipping practices and terms below.

1. Domestic Shipping Only

We currently only ship and fulfill orders to physical addresses and delivery locations within the United States. We do not support international shipping, global freight forwarders, or international delivery routing at this time.

2. Processing and Order Routing

Because our system automatically routes orders directly to independent brand warehouses upon checkout to ensure the fastest possible packaging speeds, we cannot guarantee order modifications or cancellations once submitted. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy before finalizing your purchase.

3. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

Because your gear may be sourced from different regional brand warehouses, orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

  • You will not incur any additional shipping charges for split shipments beyond the total calculated at checkout.

  • You will receive individual, automated tracking numbers via email for each distinct package as it leaves its respective warehouse.

4. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Limits

Once a package is transferred from a partner warehouse to a commercial shipping carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx), the physical delivery process is entirely under their operational control.

While we choose to partner with reliable domestic brands and carriers, Form & Function EDC is not legally or financially liable for unexpected transit delays. This includes, but is not limited to, delays resulting from:

  • Severe weather events or natural disasters

  • Carrier transit backlogs, routing errors, or holiday congestion

  • Regional infrastructural disruptions, political events, or domestic/global supply chain interference

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are calculated expectations, not contractual guarantees. In the rare event that a carrier experiences an extended delay or loses a package, we will gladly assist you in opening a tracer with the carrier to help locate your gear.

5. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments

Please inspect your packages immediately upon arrival. If an item has been damaged in transit, or if a specific tracking number is marked as fully delivered but is missing from your delivery layout, please submit a claim with photos through your self-serve customer account portal within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue with our supplier.
